Setsuna is mysterious and sophisticated. She is the only senshi that was not reborn on earth. It is said that herself and the other outer senshi had helped in the fight against Queen Beryl and the Dark Kingdom. When Queen Serenity used the Ginzuishou to banish Beryl, instead of sending Setsuna to earth, she had her guard the Gates of Time for centuries. Meaning she has been around long before any of the other senshi. Of course, guarding the gates alone from cinvaders, her only visitor was Chibi Usa(her only known family), who she [Pluto] sent to the past to find Sailor Moon and retrieve the Ginzuishou. Like most citizens of future Tokyo, they refer to her as "Small Lady", who Chibi Usa returns affectionately by calling her "Puu". She has a wisdom beyond any human years and an air of mystery (which is one of the reasons why she is my favourite senshi).
