Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon is a Japanese anime that is a magical girl story originally aimed at young girls (4 to 12 years old). It began as a manga written by Naoko Takeuchi which later became the anime. Sailor Moon has gathered a lot of fans from people of all age groups, and had become one of the most popular anime in Japan and all over the world. There are five TV series, three movies, several video games, and LOTS of merchandise.
